Qualifications

• Experience in passive fire protection (fire doors and/or fire stopping).
• Background in a Project Manager or Contracts Manager role.
• Strong understanding of compliance and third‑party accreditation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Ideal: existing industry network (clients, subcontractors, operatives).

Responsibilities

• Manage passive fire protection projects across the UK.
• Oversee site teams including fire door installers and fire stoppers.
• Ensure works meet compliance standards (BM TRADA).
• Liaise with clients across frameworks and national contracts.
• Manage programme, quality, and commercial performance.
• Support growth and generate new business opportunities.
