Progroup Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Contracts Manager for the Passive Fire Protection division in the UK. The role oversees multiple contracts nationwide, ensuring safe, compliant delivery to programme standards while maintaining strong client relationships and leading field teams.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in the passive fire sector, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager in Passive Fire Protection or related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of fire stopping, compartmentation, fire doors.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of passive fire protection contracts UK-wide.
• Oversee performance, programmes, and contract compliance.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead supervisors, site teams and operatives.
• Monitor productivity and quality, ensure health & safety compliance.
• Coordinate labour and resources across multiple live contracts.
• Support growth and development of the regional fire protection business.
