Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Head of Sales for Passive Fire Protection / Fire Resistant Products. The role focuses on selling a high quality range of passive fire protection products, coaching a team of five regional reps, and driving specification work with architects and dry lining contractors.

The ideal candidate has strong technical specification experience and proven people management, with a background in passive fire protection products.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical specification sales to architects and contractors.
• Proven people management experience.
• Background in passive fire protection products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 5 regional sales reps.
• Manage the sales budget.
• Sell via specification with architects and contractors.
• Handle project-based orders £20k–£300k+ based on size and scope.
• Collaborate with General Manager.
