Job summary

Lord Search & Selection is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and develop its commercial function within the Passive Fire Protection and Building Safety sector in Manchester. You will own the sales strategy across new-build and remedial projects, building a sustainable pipeline with housing associations, local authorities, main contractors and developers.

You will drive frameworks, tenders and procurement processes, while collaborating with surveying, technical and operations teams to deliver

Qualifications

Head of Sales or business development professional from Passive Fire Protection, fire safety, building compliance or related construction environment.
Experience in housing, construction or building safety markets.
Good understanding of fire safety legislation and compliance requirements.
Experience of public-sector frameworks, tenders and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the sales strategy across new-build and remedial Passive Fire Protection projects.
Identify new markets, clients and opportunities for growth.
Develop senior relationships across housing, construction and public-sector organisations.
Drive opportunities through frameworks, tenders and procurement processes.
Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality tenders and commercial proposals.
Build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
Collaborate with surveying, technical and operational teams to develop commercially viable solutions.
