Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Head of Sales for Passive Fire Protection / Fire Resistant Products in the Northwest/National scope. You will lead a team of five regional sales reps and drive specifications with architects and drylining contractors.

The role focuses on high-value projects with order values from £20k to £300k+, including hotels, universities, and commercial buildings, reporting to the General Manager. Hybrid working with a company car is provided.

Formación

• Experience in technical specification sales to architects, specifiers, drylining and sub-contractors.
• Proven people management experience.
• Open to various products if you can demonstrate technical specification experience.

Responsabilidades

• Sell a high quality range of passive fire protection products.
• Lead and coach a team of 5 regional sales reps.
• Manage the sales budget for the team.
• Develop specifications with architects, specifiers, and contractors.
• Handle orders ranging from £20k to £300k+ depending on project.
• Target projects such as hotels, universities, and commercial buildings.
• Collaborate with the General Manager.
