Since launching in Q4 2019, we have delivered 1000x revenue growth, enabling our passengers to earn over £70 million in wages in roles they otherwise couldn’t access, while offsetting more than 8,000 MT of carbon emissions.
We have built a repeatable sales process across our core target segments and are now looking for a Head of Sales to drive the next stage of our growth in the UK. This role will focus on expanding our presence in our core markets by leveraging existing client relationships, generating new business, and refining our sales strategy.
We are seeking a player/coach Head of Sales to drive our continued growth in the UK. Reporting to the Director of Business Development , this role is instrumental in driving new business, mentoring junior colleagues, and shaping our product offering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to closing deals.

This is a full-time role. We’re a remote-first company, but this position requires some in-person working across the UK , including customer site visits and occasional team meetings in London. We also host quarterly in-person company-wide meetings , monthly virtual team socials, and weekly virtual all-hands meetings.
