This is a high-impact role for an experienced sales leader ready to take full commercial ownership in a rapidly growing cosmetic and dental healthcare business. The upside is significant: with a 1% uncapped commission on all revenue (including team sales), the right candidate will earn £300,000+ in total compensation. You'll join as a founding team member, working directly with the Head of Marketing and company leadership, with full autonomy to build a sales engine, shape service offerings, and grow your own team within the UK and Italy. If you're driven, resourceful, and already plugged into the healthcare or aesthetics industry, this role offers real earning potential and strategic influence from day one.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Sales to join HospitalOne, a fast-growing medical provider specialising in cosmetic and dental surgery for UK and Global patients.

This isn’t a typical leadership role. You’ll:

  • Close deals from day one
  • Leverage your own network to drive revenue quickly
  • Run and grow our Sales Agent Programme
  • Build a high-performing internal sales team
  • Handle patient-related admin in the early stages
  • Collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing
  • Shape our product offerings and growth roadmap
  • Grow and manage a team in the UK and Italy

You’ll be the commercial heartbeat of a business that’s ready to scale fast and your earnings will grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find leads and use your own network to drive revenue quickly
  • Close inbound and outbound patient enquiries
  • Develop and manage external sales agents and referral partners
  • Build a scalable sales structure and sales playbook
  • Use HubSpot to manage pipeline and reporting
  • Assist in patient communications and admin until team expands
  • Collaborate on pricing, offers, and service positioning
  • Grow and manage a team locally and internationally

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years’ sales experience, including 5+ in healthcare or cosmetic sectors
  • Proven track record of managing £25m+ in sales revenue
  • Existing industry relationships and the ability to generate leads
  • CRM (HubSpot) fluency and strong organisational habits
  • Comfortable working in a lean, high-performance environment
  • Desire to build and lead a team, not just sell
