We are representing a world-renowned lift engineering company with an exceptional legacy of delivering innovative, safe, and efficient lift solutions across commercial and residential sectors. Their reputation is built on quality, reliability, and people-and now, we're looking for a visionary Head of Sales to drive the UK growth strategy forward.

The Role: As Head of Sales, you'll lead our high-performing sales department, overseeing all commercial activity related to lift modernisations and installations. You'll manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, develop strategy, and be instrumental in achieving ambitious business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the National lift installation / Modernisation sales team.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the foothold in the lift industry in the UK.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI reporting.
  • Collaborate with operations and lift engineering to ensure project deliverability.
  • Foster long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Report directly to the UK Managing Director and contribute to senior leadership strategy.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the lift industry.
  • Strong understanding of modernisations and installations in the lift sector.
  • Excellent people management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Commercially astute with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and travelling within the UK as needed.
