A fast-growing, award-winning SaaS vendor in the procurement technology space is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead growth across the UK and Ireland. This business is transforming how enterprises buy and sell through cutting-edge sourcing automation, underpinned by AI and GenAI.

With a strong presence in North America and rapid expansion plans in EMEA, this is a high-impact opportunity to join a well-funded Series C business at a pivotal stage of international growth.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for owning and closing strategic, six-figure enterprise deals across the procurement and finance landscape. This is a new business-focused role, engaging with senior decision-makers including CPOs, CFOs, and Heads of Procurement within large, complex organisations.

You’ll be selling a solution that is already highly regarded in the industry – recognised by Gartner, IDC and backed by tier-one investors – and will be given the tools, autonomy, and support to drive substantial revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales across large enterprise accounts within the UK and Ireland.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to close.
  • Build and execute account plans, developing internal champions and navigating the C-suite.
  • Leverage a consultative, value-based selling approach to create compelling business cases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring client feedback into GTM strategy.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline.

About You

  • 8+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally with a consistent track record of overachievement.
  • Strong background selling into enterprise procurement, supply chain, or finance functions.
  • Able to credibly engage senior stakeholders and influence across the buying group.
  • Familiar with long-cycle, high-value deal environments and navigating complex org structures.
  • Commercially intelligent, data-driven, and structured in your approach.
  • Highly autonomous, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
