Join us in shaping the future of performance wear.

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Production to lead our manufacturing operations across third‑party suppliers from raw materials to finished goods. This is a pivotal role in our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process ensuring timely, efficient and high‑quality production that aligns with our business goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role that directly influences how we deliver world‑class products to our community.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Strategic Alignment – Ensure production and supply objectives support our overall business strategy.
  • End‑to‑End Production Oversight – From capacity planning to execution and delivery.
  • Supplier Management – Maintain strong relationships and ensure factories meet volume and timing requirements.
  • S&OP Leadership – Drive internal planning processes and represent Production in cross‑functional forums.
  • Performance Reporting – Implement and maintain supplier performance metrics.
  • Governance – Own and enforce our late shipment policy.
  • Critical Path Management – Ensure timely delivery of all new product developments (NPDs).
  • Efficiency Initiatives – Champion continuous improvement and lean operations.
  • Visibility & Communication – Provide clear production status updates to internal teams and key wholesale partners.
  • Team Leadership – Attract, retain and develop top talent across production management and procurement functions.
Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience managing garment manufacturers and production teams.
  • Strong understanding of critical path and capacity management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with PLM and ERP systems.

Onsite Collaboration: Due to the hands‑on and highly collaborative nature of the work within our Product & Supply Chain team we have a minimum expectation of four days per week onsite at our Gymshark HQ. This ensures we can work closely together to innovate, problem‑solve and deliver world‑class products for our community.
