We are looking for a Head of Product to join our Group IT team in Milton Keynes. You will lead the Business Analysis job family and ensure that the business analysts operate effectively within the business-aligned team. Your responsibilities include structuring the business analysts, maintaining the right ratio of analysts to agile teams, and ensuring they possess the necessary business understanding and skills to support analysis and future enhancements. You will also oversee consistent operations and adherence to technology ways of working across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team of business and system analysts within the business-aligned agile teams.
• Recruit and develop business analysts as needed.
• Document, communicate, and train on analysis processes.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle, supporting engineers during build and test phases.
• Manage product delivery and development execution daily.
• Drive product development priorities based on commercial and profitable outcomes.
• Provide a framework for evaluating the product portfolio and making investment decisions.
• Ensure product quality, capturing all necessary requirements and minimizing operational disruptions.
• Continuously seek ways to develop the team's capabilities.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and experience.
