Head of Product - Global Content & Media | Portfolio Leadership | Hybrid

Location: Central London, monthly Senior Leadership meetings

Oliver Bernard are hiring on behalf of a global media powerhouse going through an exciting product transformation. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-impact portfolio spanning D2C and B2B products, shape a growing team of 16 product professionals (7 direct reports), and embed a modern product operating model at scale.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can coach with clarity, drive product excellence, and give their teams the space to operate — while knowing exactly when to lean in.

As a Head of Product you will:

• Overseeing a diverse product portfolio that touches millions globally
• Championing the transition from feature-led delivery to outcome-focused product thinking
• Embedding cross-cutting change management practices that unify business, tech, and product
• Fostering a product culture that thrives on measurable impact, autonomy, and shared purpose
