Simmer, a fast-growing UK consumer brand, is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to own paid acquisition (Meta & Google) and drive scalable growth from its London base. You will work directly with founders and growth leadership, shaping acquisition strategy and testing frameworks across creative and media channels.

You will lead high-value media spend, develop rigorous measurement, and partner with in-house creative and brand teams to continually improve performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• Hands-on media buying with track record of scaling budgets on Meta and Google.
• Strong creative judgement and understanding of what makes ads convert.
• Commercial instinct linking media performance to value and profitability.
• Excellent testing mindset to develop hypotheses and run experiments.
• Understanding of landing pages, CRO, offers and retention on acquisition performance.

Responsabilités

• Own and improve paid acquisition, particularly Meta and Google, including media buying, optimisation, testing and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to scale spend profitably and improve efficiency.
• Develop understanding of CAC, CPA, LTV, payback and customer quality.
• Build stronger reporting and experimentation frameworks based on performance data.
