Ignite is partnering with a UK fast-growing D2C brand in Health and Wellness to hire a Performance Marketing Manager in London. You will own and personally run paid acquisition, with hands-on work across Meta and Google, in a hybrid 3 days in office setup.

You will manage budgets and bidding, test creatives and audiences, diagnose performance, and optimise campaigns daily to drive growth from £10m to £20m. The role rewards with EMI after one year and a 50k–60k base salary.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience in performance marketing across Meta and Google.
• Experience in fast-growth D2C / e-commerce, in-house or agency.
• Understanding of higher AOV products and how to build funnels.
• Driven, sociable, ambitious and fun to work with.
