Job summary

Simmer, a fast-growing UK consumer brand, is building a creator partnerships engine to acquire customers at scale. You’ll own the channel with the backing of a £100m+ business and autonomy to shape what works.

You’ll identify creators, negotiate deals, and develop affiliate, CPA and referral partnerships. You’ll collaborate with creative and performance marketing to optimize content, conversion and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships-led growth and performance marketing.
• Ability to analyse CPA, CAC, ROAS and revenue impact.
• Proven track record negotiating with creators and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Identify creators with genuine influence and approach for partnerships.
• Develop and manage affiliate, CPA, referral, and performance-led partnerships.
• Negotiate rates, incentives, and longer-term opportunities with creators.
