Simmer is seeking an exceptional Senior / Lead Creative Strategist who understands the relationship between creative, consumer behaviour and commercial performance. You will analyze our acquisition engine, identify growth opportunities and shape a data-informed creative strategy.

You will work with a founder-led team, access meaningful media investment, and build an experimentation engine that translates insight into high-impact content.

Formación

• Proven performance impact in driving customer acquisition through creative strategy or paid social.
• Strong knowledge of Meta platforms, CAC, conversion, and scaling performance.
• Exceptional creative judgement: hooks, storytelling, psychology, messaging that drives action.
• Analytical depth: analyze performance data, detect patterns, form decision hypotheses.

Responsabilidades

• Own the creative growth opportunity and define a scalable strategy.
• Translate performance data into improved creative and messaging.
• Develop concepts, scripts, and briefs with production teams.
• Build and optimize an experimentation engine to validate ideas.
• Align creative output with media performance and acquisition economics.
• Raise the standard by challenging mediocrity and elevating thinking.
