Job summary

Experian is seeking a commercially minded analytics leader to head Performance Analytics. You will own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of analytical frameworks, predictive models and performance reporting that explain drivers, maximise customer value and identify growth opportunities.

• Proven leadership of analytics teams and strategic partnering with Commercial, Finance, Trading or Bureau leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Performance Analytics roadmap aligned to business strategy and long-term value creation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts.
• Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks for key metrics (LTV, retention, churn, profitability).
• Own the business performance framework with trusted metrics and executive reporting.
• Lead analytics for subscriptions and marketplace businesses to improve customer value and growth.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, Data Engineering and Technology to deliver analytical programmes with AI/automation.
