Job summary

Experian is seeking a commercially minded analytics leader to head Performance Analytics, driving strategy, roadmaps and delivery. You will lead a team, develop predictive models for key metrics and partner with Commercial, Memberships, Finance and Trading to influence decisions.

You will embed data-driven insights across the business, leverage Bureau and internal data, and champion AI and automation to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Analytics, Commercial Analytics or Performance Analytics teams.
• Proven people leadership, stakeholder management and strategic business partnering experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with senior stakeholder partnership across Commercial, Finance, Trading or Bureau functions.
• Advanced SQL skills and large, complex datasets experience.
• Strong track record translating analysis into actionable insights and measurable outcomes.
• Experience establishing business performance frameworks, KPIs and executive reporting.
• Ability to prioritise an analytics roadmap aligned to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Performance Analytics roadmap aligned to business strategy and balance stakeholder demand with long-term value creation.
• Act as strategic analytics partner to Commercial, Memberships, Finance, Trading and Bureau leadership.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of analysts.
• Develop and evolve predictive models and frameworks for metrics like LTV, retention, churn and profitability.
• Own the business performance framework with trusted metrics and reporting for executive decisions.
• Lead analytics for subscription and marketplace businesses to improve value and growth.
• Benchmark performance using Bureau data, internal data and external market intelligence.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, Data Engineering and Tech to deliver actionable analytical programmes, embedding AI and automation.
