Job summary

Experian is seeking a commercially minded analytics leader to head up Performance Analytics, acting as the strategic partner to Memberships, Commercial and Finance leadership. You will own the analytics strategy, roadmap and delivery, developing frameworks, predictive models, performance insights and reporting that explain business performance and identify growth opportunities.

You'll lead and develop a high‑performing team, foster commercial thinking, and ensure data‑driven insight is embedded

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing analytics teams.
• Strong strategic partnering with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Trading or Bureau functions.
• Expertise in analytical frameworks and predictive models (LTV, retention, churn, profitability).
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience delivering executive‑level reporting and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Performance Analytics roadmap and align priorities to strategy.
• Partner with Commercial, Memberships, Finance, Trading and Bureau leadership.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing analytics team.
• Develop predictive models and frameworks for LTV, retention, churn, profitability.
• Deliver trusted metrics and reporting to explain performance drivers.
• Embed AI and automation to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data Engineering and Technology teams.
