Job summary

Experian is pioneering data-driven decision making across Memberships, Commercial and Finance. As Head of Performance Analytics, you will own the analytics strategy, roadmaps and delivery, building frameworks and predictive models to explain performance, maximise customer value and uncover growth opportunities.

You will lead a high-performing team, embedding AI and automation for efficiency and business impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Analytics or Performance Analytics teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic business partnering with senior leaders.
• Expertise in predictive models including Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and churn.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets.
• Experience with pricing, customer value, profitability and growth analytics.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Performance Analytics roadmap and align priorities to business strategy.
• Act as strategic analytics partner to Commercial, Memberships, Finance, Trading and Bureau leadership.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks supporting key commercial metrics (LTV, retention, profitability).
• Deliver trusted metrics, reporting and insights to explain performance drivers for executives.
