Which? is seeking a Head of Data to guide our data strategy and help us turn information into real value. You will work across the organisation to ensure data is trusted, accessible, and aligned with our goals.

Sitting on the Extended Leadership Team, you will lead Data Science, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Governance, shaping enterprise data standards and AI governance. This role is hybrid in London and reports to the CPTO & CMO.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary data functions across enterprise
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud data platforms and AI capabilities
• Knowledge of GDPR, data quality, and responsible AI principles
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication
• Degree or equivalent experience in quantitative/tech or business (postgraduate desirable)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise data strategy, roadmap, operating model and investments
• Partner with tech, product and business leaders to align data with strategic goals
• Establish data ownership, privacy compliance, ethics and security with Legal/InfoSec
• Lead Data Science, Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Products
• Oversee data platform architecture and engineering standards for scalability and security
• Drive data literacy and self-serve analytics with ROI measurement
• Provide executive leadership and manage budgets and vendor relationships
