Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced People Data & Insights leader to define and deliver a data strategy across a large UK organisation. You will unify HR data sources, advance governance, and drive AI-enabled analytics with a trusted data foundation.

The role combines strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement and team development, offering a hybrid working model with significant exposure to senior leaders across HR, Technology and Enterprise Data.

Qualifications

• Experience leading People Data, Analytics, Reporting or Insights functions.
• Proven ability to develop data strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, KPI frameworks and BI best practices.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, security controls and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the People Data & Insights strategy, vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Create a scalable operating model for reporting, analytics, governance and self-service.
• Bring together People data from HR, recruitment, learning and engagement platforms.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Shape future analytics including AI-enabled People insights with governance.
