Job summary

Bidvest Noonan in London is seeking an accomplished senior operations leader to develop and drive operational excellence across the service portfolio. You will champion best practices, financial discipline and growth, delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with executive leadership, and steer initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity and service levels while maintaining a strong safety and compliance culture.

Qualifications

• A relevant Business Degree, experience to similar level or equivalent.
• Proven experience (5+ years) senior leadership role.
• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, operations and people management.
• A successful track record of operating at a strategic level, building strong client relationships and value-based management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of role portfolio.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Manage budgets and drive financial performance.
• Lead multi-site teams with strong leadership and collaboration.
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and productivity.
• Engage with executive management for performance planning.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across operations.
• Support business development with quotes, tenders and client presentations.
