Job summary

Bidvest Noonan seeks a Regional Operations Manager for Retail Cleaning in the United Kingdom, based around Watford. You will lead operational and commercial delivery across a designated portfolio, ensuring KPIs and service standards are met while driving account retention and growth.

You will build strong relationships with client stakeholders, oversee a P&L of about £4.5m, and position yourself for an Account Director role within 12 months in our fast-growing FM business.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management operations, preferably within retail or fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to lead multi-site teams and manage performance across locations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness through effective management of a P&L valued at approximately £4.5m.
• Grow and retain the portfolio by meeting day-to-day KPIs and service standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders across the portfolio.
