Job summary

IG Group, a FTSE 100 fintech, is seeking an Operations Analytics and Insight Lead to define the data and insights strategy for Operations and to lead a team of analysts across customer experience, AI operations and operational analytics.

You will own measurement frameworks, deliver high-stakes business cases, and partner with senior leaders to translate problems into data-driven decisions while maintaining rigorous standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading data/insights teams and setting strategic direction.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Operations data and insights strategy.
• Lead and develop analysts across customer experience, AI ops and operational analytics.
• Establish a trusted single source of truth and scalable self-serve reporting.
• Design measurement frameworks for large transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to frame questions and justify decisions with data.
• Set team standards: briefs, assumptions, peer reviews, and reusable analyses.
• Champion responsible use of AI and automation in service delivery.
