Job summary

IG Group seeks an Operations Analytics and Insight Lead to set the vision for data and insights across Operations. You will own measurement frameworks and drive evidence-based commercial decisions in customer experience, onboarding, and payments.

You will lead a growing team of analysts, establish a trusted single source of truth, and partner with senior leaders to translate complex problems into actionable analytics with rigorous methods.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a data or insights function.
• Strong quantitative fluency and experiment design.
• Ability to connect metrics to business outcomes and influence leadership.
• Knowledge of modern data stack and cloud data warehousing.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the data and insights strategy for Operations.
• Lead a team of analysts across customer experience, AI operations and operational analytics.
• Establish a single source of truth and self-serve reporting.
• Design measurement frameworks for transformation initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategic directions.
• Champion responsible use of AI and automation.
