Harnham, a leading analytics firm, seeks an Operations Analytics & Insight Lead to shape the future of operational analytics across customer service, onboarding, and automation. You will build and coach a team of analysts, define the analytics strategy, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive AI-enabled initiatives and measurement frameworks.

The role offers high exposure to leadership, opportunities to accelerate automation, and influence decision-making through rigorous experimentation

Qualificações

• Experience leading analytics or insights teams in a commercial setting.
• Strong people management and talent development.
• Advanced SQL with hands-on use.
• Statistical knowledge including experimentation and significance testing.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders to drive analytics solutions.
• Experience with fintech or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop analytics team and set standards.
• Define operational analytics strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape analytics roadmap.
• Establish measurement frameworks and performance metrics.
• Deliver hands-on analysis, experiments and performance assessments.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation initiatives.
• Develop self-service reporting to reduce ad hoc analysis.
• Support AI initiatives with analytics insights and governance.
• Evaluate automation and operational transformation programs.
