You will own the Data & Insights strategy, lead a team of analysts, and establish a single source of truth for operational and customer metrics while championing AI and automation to support senior decision-making and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Lead a data, analytics or insights function.
• Strong quantitative skills with experiment design.
• Connect data to business outcomes and impact.
• Senior stakeholder management at executive level.
• Proficiency with SQL, cloud data warehousing and modern tooling.
• Experience with BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Git, Looker/Tableau.
• Python experience is advantageous.
• Comfort with ambiguity while maintaining rigour.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Data & Insights strategy across Operations.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of analysts.
• Establish a trusted single source of truth for metrics.
• Design measurement frameworks, experiments, scorecards and thresholds.
• Act as the senior analytical partner to leadership turning problems into decisions.
• Drive analytical standards, quality and best practice across the function.
• Champion the responsible use of AI and automation across operations.
