Job summary

Harnham is seeking a senior analytical partner to own operational analytics across multiple business functions. You will deliver insights to drive performance, efficiency, and strategic outcomes, collaborating with senior leaders to shape reporting and governance.

The role focuses on building KPI frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations. You will influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders, promote best practices, and guide analytics adoption across operations.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience within operations analytics, business intelligence, or insight functions.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in modern cloud data environments.
• Strong understanding of KPI development, operational reporting and performance measurement.
• Experience translating analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Understanding of experimentation, performance analysis, and analytical best practices.
• Experience with Python, dbt, Airflow, or related technologies would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational analytics initiatives across customer service, onboarding, payments, or related functions.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and operational scorecards.
• Translate complex data into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Design measurement frameworks to assess transformation and process improvement programmes.
• Build trusted reporting and analytical solutions supporting data-driven decisions.
• Partner with operational and business leaders to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
• Drive best practices across analytics, reporting, governance, and data quality.
• Support adoption of automation and advanced analytical approaches across operations.
