Job summary

theprintspace in London (Shoreditch) is seeking a hands-on Head of Operations to own the flow layer of our high-volume fulfillment. You will ensure on-time dispatch across three sites, manage stock and capacity forecasting, and quantify the cost of avoidable failures.

Qualifications

• At least five years in operational management of a high-volume, deadline-driven workflow with cost or service-level accountability.
• STEM, economics or equivalent background is required.
• Ability to model problems live and use data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the flow layer of the operation, ensuring on-time dispatch across sites.
• Forecast stock and capacity and quantify avoidable costs (air freight, stock-outs, transfers).
• Replace manual workflows with software-driven processes and dashboards.
• Report to the CEO and work with production managers and the Global Production Director.
