Job summary

Gonini is seeking a Head of Operations to build the operational engine for scalable fulfilment across UK, EU and US. You will inherit a team of 4 and grow it to 6-7, partnering with the CEO and board to drive efficient, profitable scale.

You will lead automation projects in Claude, work on warehouse floor operations with the team, and set up SOPs to enable the business to run itself. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading operations in high-growth startups.
• Ability to build end-to-end operational systems.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a multi-site operations team.
• Design and ship AI-driven operations using Claude, Make and Retool.
• Partner with CEO/Board to define operational strategy.
• Own KPIs and drive automation to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with finance, engineering and seller experience.
