A healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a professional to oversee the operational management of the Adult Mental Health Pathway. This role involves developing and implementing quality performance measures, supporting the Deputy Director in strategic planning, and leading service improvements. The successful postholder will support the Deputy Director to deliver the Trust's Strategy and Operational Plan. You will be accountable for the operational management and oversight of the Adult Mental Health Pathway within the Mental Health Care Group. This includes:
