Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Head of Operations to join our team in Brinklow, Milton Keynes, supporting our customer Waitrose. As the Head of Operations, you will manage all aspects of the warehouse function ensuring delivery of operational excellence and exceeding customer expectations, whilst ensuring quality, compliance and KPI’s are met. Ensuring that all processes and procedures are undertaken in a safe and healthy manner and that we invest in the development of our people, processes, facilities and deployment of best practices.
This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday however, with the site being a 24/7 operation, we do ask for some flexibility.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to£70,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
