A leading energy solutions provider in London seeks a Head of Operations to oversee renewable energy schemes and manage a high-performing team. The ideal candidate has experience in construction or energy solutions, strong leadership abilities, and stakeholder management skills. This role offers an annual salary of £80,000 to £90,000 plus benefits, within a permanent full-time contract.

Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time / 40 hours per week

The Head of Operations will oversee the successful delivery of multiple renewable energy schemes in domestic properties across the Greater London area. This is a pivotal role, where you will be the main point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders and third-party subcontractors. You will also ensure seamless project execution that enhances energy efficiency and client satisfaction.
You will play a key part in the Senior Management Team at Sureserve, whilst maintaining an efficient and profitable operation.
