Job description

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-performing, business-critical team, with strong potential for growth and development. The post holder will be responsible for the operational delivery of Diagnostic, Endoscopy, Day Case Theatre, and Outpatient services, with direct line management of the Operations Manager, Imaging Lead and Administrative functions. The role will work in close collaboration with the Senior and Executive Team, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the Clinic's business strategy

Main duties of the job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead and optimise our entire Cora Health Clinic West London hospital setting and services. This pivotal role will oversee day-to-day operational delivery, drive performance improvement, and ensure the highest standards of patient care across our organisation.Key Responsibilities-Lead operational planning and delivery across multiple service lines-Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to enhance patient pathways-Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning effectively-Ensure compliance with NHS standards, policies, and regulatory frameworks-Drive innovation and transformation initiatives aligned with NHS priorities-Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies
