Job summary

The Talent Edit Group is seeking a permanent, on-site Visitor Experience Lead for one of the country’s busiest visitor attractions in London. You will head the Visitor Experience Team, own recruitment, training, performance, rotas and payroll, and act as the key client contact, shaping how guests experience the site.

• Proven ability to lead large front-of-house teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building with senior clients.
• Experience in recruitment, training, performance management, rotas and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead Visitor Experience Team Leads and Assistants on the ground.
• Own recruitment, training, performance, rotas and payroll for the site team.
• Act as the key contact for the client and build peer-level relationships.
• Drive sales and take-up rate, keeping the team proactive in selling.
• Set a performance-led culture by example.
• Balance staffing and equipment against demand and budget.
• Take responsibility for on-site equipment, furniture and uniforms, including loss prevention.
• Track sales, inventories and staff hours and report results.
• Forecast trends and respond to visitor feedback and operational challenges.
• Maintain clear communication between the site team and the wider business.
