Job summary

Harnham in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Marketing Analytics to own the analytics function and drive data-led outbound campaigns across channels. You will lead a four-person team spanning campaign effectiveness, data analytics and supply chain analytics, reporting to the Marketing Director.

You will turn complex customer data into actionable insights to target the right customers, improve ROI, and support the CRM and HubSpot initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in marketing analytics and marketing intelligence.
• Proven experience building and leading analytics teams.
• Strong skills in customer segmentation, targeting and campaign analytics.
• Track record using data to drive lead generation and outbound marketing.
• Excellent SQL and data warehouse expertise.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools.
• HubSpot experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own marketing analytics strategy.
• Lead segmentation and value-based targeting across multiple revenue streams.
• Identify opportunities across active, lapsed, lost and prospective customers.
• Build data-led outbound campaigns for telemarketing, sales and email channels.
• Use data to identify acquisition, retention, cross-sell and reactivation opportunities.
• Develop campaign performance dashboards and ROI visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations and Contact Centre.
• Improve data quality and usability across the organisation.
• Support CRM and HubSpot implementation.
• Lead and develop a team of four analysts.
• Partner with IT on data and analytics infrastructure.
• Champion data-driven decision making and analytics culture.
• Establish long-term vision for embedding analytics across revenue streams.
