Job summary

AXA UK is seeking a transformative Head of Learning to shape and deliver human-centered, data-driven learning at scale. You’ll lead AI-powered learning initiatives and partner with senior leaders to align learning with strategic business goals.

In this senior role, you’ll drive governance, ethical AI use, analytics, and agile delivery, building a high-performing team that enables organisational growth and resilience across AXA UK.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience defining and delivering learning strategies in large organisations.
• Proven ability to lead and engage learning teams through transformation.
• Strong skills in predictive insights and data-driven learning strategies.
• Ability to build senior stakeholder relationships and external partnerships.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Knowledge of AI, micro-learning, immersive tools and emerging learning technologies.
• Track record delivering measurable business impact through L&D initiatives.
• Experience implementing governance for learning tech and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-looking Learning strategy aligned with business transformation.
• Lead design and implementation of AI-powered, personalised learning experiences.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development across the organisation.
• Establish analytics frameworks to measure learning impact and ROI.

• Drive innovation in learning delivery through agile methodologies and emerging technologies.
• Ensure governance, data privacy, and ethical AI standards for learning solutions.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Learning team.
