AXA UK seeks a Head of Learning to shape the future of digital, human-centered learning across the organisation.   • Extensive experience defining and delivering learning strategies aligned to business transformation.
  • Proven leadership of learning teams in global corporate environments undergoing transformation.
  • Strong expertise building predictive insights and data-driven learning strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of emerging learning technologies including AI, micro-learning and immersive tools.
  • Track record of delivering measurable business impact through learning initiatives.
  • Experience implementing governance frameworks for learning technology and data privacy.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a forward-looking Learning strategy aligned with business transformation needs.
  • Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered, personalised learning experiences.

Work arrangements:

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

Your skills & experience:
  • Extensive experience in defining and delivering learning strategies and translating strategy into actionable plans to drive transformation in line with people and business priorities.
  • Proven experience leading and engaging learning teams within complex, global corporate environments and leading through transformation
  • Strong expertise in developing predictive insights and data-driven learning strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of emerging learning technologies, including AI, micro-learning, and immersive tools.
  • Demonstrated success in leading innovative, agile learning initiatives.
  • Experience in implementing governance frameworks for learning technology and data privacy.
  • A track record of delivering measurable business impact through learning and development initiatives.
