Job summary

QA Limited is seeking an experienced Leadership & Business Senior Learning Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging leadership learning experiences. You’ll work with aspiring managers to senior leaders, enabling behavioural change while shaping innovative programmes addressing AI leadership, communication, resilience and personal effectiveness.

The role is based in London with hybrid delivery across QA centres and client sites.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and deliver leadership and professional skills programmes.
• Experience delivering behavioural and leadership learning to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding learning experiences across virtual and in-person formats.
• Facilitate high-impact leadership and professional skills programmes.
• Create engaging, inclusive learning environments and practice-rich experiences.
• Enable learners to apply new skills through reflection, coaching and action planning.
• Adapt delivery styles for diverse learner groups and contexts.
• Develop learner-centred courseware aligned to client outcomes.
• Design workshops and modular programmes with action learning elements.
• Develop programmes that drive behavioural change and workplace impact.
• Act as trusted SME in AI Leadership, Communication, Coaching, and Leadership topics.
• Support clients with expert guidance and contribute to portfolio evolution.
