You will lead AI-powered personalized learning experiences, drive a transformation agenda, and partner with senior leaders to embed analytics, governance, and ethical AI in learning solutions.

The role involves building a high-performing team and delivering measurable business impact while balancing hybrid working between home and office.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in defining and delivering learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Experience leading learning teams in global corporate environments.
• Strong data-driven approach with predictive insights.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of AI, micro-learning, and immersive tools.
• Experience implementing governance for learning tech and data privacy.
• Track record of delivering measurable business impact through L&D.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-looking Learning strategy aligned with business transformation needs.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered, personalised learning experiences.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development across the organisation.
• Establish analytics frameworks to measure learning impact, ROI, and behavioural change.
• Build strategic partnerships with senior leadership and external stakeholders to position learning as a key business lever.
• Drive innovation in learning delivery through agile methodologies and emerging technologies.
• Ensure governance, data privacy, and ethical AI standards related to learning solutions.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Learning team.
