Job summary

University of Brighton is seeking a Head of International Admissions and Conversion in Brighton. The role leads the international student journey from application to enrolment, shaping the team, operations and data-informed processes to deliver excellent applicant experiences and strong enrolment outcomes.

You will oversee compliance, CAS and sponsor processes, and work with diverse partners to support sustainable international growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and delivering against performance targets.
• Strong knowledge of international admissions and the end-to-end international student journey.
• Experience of managing compliance, risk and high-risk international applications, including UKVI and CAS processes.
• Experience of using data, forecasting and insight to improve conversion and enrolment.
• Experience of service improvement, organisational change and admissions systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across the international student journey from application through to enrolment.
• Shape the team, operating model and processes to deliver outstanding applicant experiences and strong enrolment outcomes.
• Oversee international admissions compliance, CAS processes and immigration/sponsor compliance risks.
• Develop admissions systems and digital capabilities in line with SIT system development.
• Collaborate with International Recruitment, Colleges, services, agents and partners to support growth.
