Cambridge Education Group in Loughborough is seeking a Head of Student Services to lead the Student Services team and manage the admissions journey for international students. The role involves ensuring accurate records, collaborating with Centre Leadership, and developing staff to reach their full potential.

You will work with Centre Leadership and OnCampus teams, driving improvements in student experience while maintaining regulatory compliance and safeguarding standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an administrative position.
• An understanding of Higher Education and international students’ needs.
• Experience developing and reviewing information system processes.
• Experience producing routine and bespoke data reports to external deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Student Services team and collaborate with Centre Academic and Leadership teams.
• Present and deliver new initiatives; evolve processes and track student progress.
• Manage admissions journey for pre-arrival and pre-progression.
• Ensure records and procedures maintain accuracy across OnCampus delivery.
• Motivate, appraise and develop administrative staff to meet objectives.
• Oversee induction of new academic staff and ensure compliance with academic regulations.
• Safeguard students' wellbeing and maintain safeguarding policies.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement in student records and experience.
