Job summary

INTO University Partnerships is hiring a Regional Manager EU and UK (Student Recruitment) in Brighton. This hybrid role focuses on growing student recruitment through international partners and a portfolio of university partnerships.

You will develop and manage recruitment relationships, identify new business opportunities and drive enrolment and revenue targets using market intelligence and performance data. Travel and flexible hours may be required to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in international student recruitment across multiple markets is required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills are essential.
• Experience in partnership management or related business development activities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with recruitment partners across EU and UK.
• Identify new business opportunities and support achievement of recruitment, enrolment and revenue targets.
• Use market intelligence and performance data to drive growth and expand INTO's presence.
• Collaborate with VP Recruitment and regional colleagues to execute strategy.
• Travel within the UK and internationally; manage multiple priorities and timelines.
