Job summary

The Portfolio Group in Leicestershire is seeking a Director of Inside Sales to take full ownership of a large, high-performing inside sales operation. This on-site leadership role reports to the Sales Director and influences revenue strategy and performance.

You will lead a dynamic team, drive pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy and productivity at scale, and design outbound campaigns to maximise revenue. A hands-on leader who can present strategy to the Board is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large inside sales teams.
• Strong ability to forecast and drive revenue growth.
• Experience designing and optimizing outbound campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead an established inside sales management team and large sales consultants.
• Own performance across the full inside sales operation and coaching pipelines.
• Design and optimize outbound campaigns to maximise engagement and revenue.
• Provide strategic input to Sales Director and Board meetings.
• Embed high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture across multiple teams.
