Job summary

Gearset is seeking a Head of Customer Implementation to lead our onboarding and DevOps Architecture teams, owning delivery quality and time-to-value across enterprise and mid-market customers.

You will shape our implementation approach, ensuring a clear, repeatable process from pre-sales through Customer Success, and collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering and delivery partners to drive successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Implementation/Professional Services in B2B SaaS, including coaching managers.
• Evolved delivery methodology across complex customers to improve go-live time and satisfaction.
• Experience with professional services or delivery partners to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation performance across enterprise and mid-market customers, including time-to-value and on-time go-lives.
• Evolve implementation methodology to provide a clear, repeatable experience while handling complex requirements.
• Maintain visibility of active implementations, using data to assess capacity, trends and risk.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to gather requirements and set expectations for implementation.
• Represent implementation in complex enterprise sales conversations to define scope and delivery needs.
• Lead and develop the Customer Onboarding and DevOps Architecture teams.
