You must have proven tenure throughout your career and expertise in Financial Services.

Paying £100,000 - £110,000 FTE.

The Role
  • Build and lead the HR function from scratch in a stand‑alone capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a people strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Define and embed company values, culture, and team structure.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to founders and senior leadership on all people‑related matters.
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across all levels.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Implement performance management processes (annual and mid‑year reviews).
