Job summary

Xelix is seeking an experienced Head of Solution Consulting to lead our global pre‑sales team across the US and UK. You will drive strategic thought, bridge Sales and Product, and scale a fast‑growing SaaS organization.

You’ll manage a global team, partner with Sales to win complex enterprise deals, shape the roadmap with market insight, and own the playbook while mentoring others in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading presales/Solution Consulting teams (3–5+ years).
• SaaS background and enterprise software experience are essential.
• Ability to translate complex tech into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the global Solution Consulting team (US & UK).
• Partner with Sales to drive revenue in new business, expansion and partnerships.
• Bridge Sales and Product/Technical teams; feed market insights into roadmap.
• Own and evolve the Solution Consulting playbook; stay ahead with tools and processes.
• Engage in strategic deals and key customer engagements; provide input where it matters.
