Job summary

Xelix is seeking a Senior Services Consultant to lead the implementation of our AI-powered financial controls platform for enterprise customers. You will manage projects, translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and drive successful deployments across customer environments.

Ideal candidates bring extensive SaaS fintech consulting experience, strong project management skills and a track record of building durable client relationships while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in SaaS Fintech Consulting.
• Experience of project management/implementations for enterprise customers concurrently.
• Understanding of file transfer protocols, IT delivery and security considerations.
• Excellent customer relationship management and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead Implementation team on projects and be the main customer contact.
• Head implementation projects for enterprise customers as SME in Xelix.
• Act as primary PM for technical requirements and delivery.
• Manage risks, dependencies and change controls across stakeholders.
• Ensure prerequisites like data design, secure transfer and config are met.
• Run customer workshops and translate technical information clearly.
