Job summary

Point72 is seeking a senior Facilities and Workplace Experience leader to run UK offices, including reception, space planning, and vendor management. You will drive operational standards and employee experience across the London site, while managing budgets and health & safety compliance.

You will lead a high‑performing team, partner with senior stakeholders, and push continuous improvement across facilities, security, and workplace services to support a global investment firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years in facilities or workplace management.
• Proven leadership with ability to develop and mentor teams.
• Strong communication and discretion with confidential matters.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with workplace management systems and MS Office.
• Commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.
• Ability to contribute to and maintain positive workplace culture.
• Ethical standards at the highest level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facilities, reception, and workplace experience for UK offices.
• Oversee office administration, vendor management, building relationships.
• Space planning, maintenance, and health and safety compliance.
• Ensure guest services, event coordination, and conference room management.
• Develop workplace strategies to support business needs and employee experience.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and SLAs for facilities services.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to align objectives.
• Identify and resolve operational issues through data-driven analysis.
• Mentor and develop the Facilities and Workplace Experience team.
• Drive continuous improvement and adopt best practices.
